How to set up 'Predict period with skin temp' function
Open Samsung Health app and go to Cycle Tracking powered by Natural Cycles°. Then go to settings and turn on 'Predict period with skin temp'. After wearing the watch during nighttime sleep, you can see the changes in your skin temperature and you'll receive tailored predictions for future cycles.

How to use Cycle Tracking
